Consultation fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered. Cancellations require 30 days written notice and take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian consumer law, cravonelytos limits its liability for any damages arising from consultation services or platform use.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently through established processes.

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the consultation relationship with 30 days written notice. cravonelytos reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms.

Upon termination, access to consultation services and platform resources will cease, though already delivered services remain non-refundable.
